Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed that on 4th October 2016 Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") held 111,756,925 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each, representing 31.77% of the issued share capital of the Company following the purchase of 173,611 ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 6.4446 pence per share.
Martin Andersson (the Chairman of Chaarat) is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of the shares in Labro.
In accordance with the announcement dated 27 September 2016 21,438,103 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party (consisting of Labro, Martin Wiwen-Nilsson, Dominik Dolenec, Abingdon Trust, Willem De Geer and Sarastro Group Limited) within a period of six months from 1 October 2016 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
