HOLDING IN COMPANY

We were notified on 13 August 2010 by GAM International Management Ltd on behalf of GAM Exempt Trust - UK Opportunities that their beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of Caffyns plc has increased to 148,734 ordinary shares, which is 5.2% of the ordinary share capital (previously 3.7%).

We were also notified on behalf of GAM UK Diversified Fund that their beneficial interest in the share capital of Caffyns plc has reduced to 148,266 ordinary shares, which is 5.2% of the ordinary share capital (previously 6.6%).
