Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that it received a substantial shareholder notice today from ENERGEX Ltd. As a result of the recent share issue, ENERGEX's interest in the Company has reduced from 4.88% to 3.57% whilst its holding in the Company remains the same at 36,800,783 ordinary shares
