Director Shareholding
Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that directors have increased their holdings of ordinary shares in Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited ("Shares") through subscribing in the recent rights issue and overseas offer at a price of six cents (or four pence) per Share. The new Shares were issued on 21 September 2012.
The changes in holdings are set out below:
