(1). Depositary: The company will terminate the deposit agreement with The Bank of New York Mellon and appoint Citibank, N.A.("Citibank") as successor depositary. The change will take effect on February 1, 2023. In conjunction with such change, the Second Amended and Restated Rule 144A Deposit Agreement and the Second Amended and Restated Regulation S Deposit Agreement will take effect on February 1, 2023. Each existing Global Depositary Receipt will be deemed amended and restated accordingly.
(2). Custodian bank: The company will change the custodian bank from Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. to Citibank Taiwan Limited.
