In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Columbus Energy Resources plc ("Columbus" or the "Company") confirms that, following the issue of 17,038,603 new ordinary shares as announced on 17 June 2020, and admitted to trading today, it has 935,053,344 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.05p each in issue and admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with International Securities Identification Number GB00BDGJ2R22.
