Leni Gas & Oil PLC12 February 2008 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12 February 2008 LENI GAS & OIL PLC ("The Company") OIL PRODUCTION OF 3,943 Bbls FOR JANUARY Leni Gas & Oil Plc (AIM: LGO) an oil and gas exploration and developmentcompany, is pleased to announce that production for the month of JANUARYtotalled 3,540 barrels of oil (Bbls) (up 3% from December 2007) and 1,074 Mscfof gas (down 6% from December 2007)from the Ayoleungo Oilfield in NorthernSpain. In addition, further to the announcement made on 29 January 2008 relating to theCompany's acquisition of a 50% interest in the Icacos Permit which is a 1,900acre Icacos Oilfield located on the Cedros Peninsula of Southern Trinidad, theCompany reports that 806 barrels of oil were produced for the period 12 January2008 to 31 January 2008 from the Icacos Permit. The Company's share of thisproduction is 403 barrels.
