PDMR and PCA shareholding
Cerillion plc , the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces it has been notified that between 24 November 2021 and 25 November 2021, Mr Mark Nicholls, Chief Operating Officer, together with his spouse, Mrs June Nicholls, sold in aggregate 14,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 835.8 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the sales, Mr Mark Nicholls' total beneficial interest (together with his spouse) is 54,636 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
