The transfers have been made following the closure of Belas Knapp Trust and Stanton Trust and the intended closure of Colinette Holdings Limited. Following these transfers there is no overall change in the beneficial shareholdings of the Horner family. The number of ordinary shares in issue is 13,199,940.
