Celsis International PLC17 November 2006 Celsis International plc Non-Executive Director Share Dealing Celsis International plc ("Celsis" or the "Company") announces that on 16November 2006 Sir Christopher Evans, a founder and non-executive director of theCompany, sold his remaining interest in the Company, amounting to 495,947ordinary 5p shares at a price of 192p per share (the "Sale") to meetinstitutional demand for Celsis' shares. The shares were placed by BridgewellLimited with both existing and new institutional shareholders. Following theSale, Sir Christopher Evans no longer has an interest in shares in the Company. Sir Christopher Evans, who remains fully supportive of the business, willcontinue on the board of Celsis as a non-executive director. Furthermore, thiswill allow Sir Christopher Evans to contribute, in a more independent capacity,to the continued successful development of the Company.
