Statement Regarding the Greek Economy
CDialogues plc (AIM: CDOG), the provider of mobile marketing solutions to Mobile Network Operators ("MNOs"), wishes to provide an update clarifying the Group's position in respect of financial and economic developments in Greece.
As indicated in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, the Board of CDialogues has opted to maintain the vast majority of the Company's cash balances within banks based in the United Kingdom.
CDialogues confirms that over 95% of the Company's cash balances are currently deposited within banks in the UK, with only 1% held in Greek banks. The Board does not expect that the most recent set of banking restrictions imposed by the Greek government will cause disruption to the daily operations of CDialogues SA, the Company's wholly owned Greek subsidiary. The Group does not derive any revenues from the Greek market.
The Board will continue to monitor the ongoing political and economic position in Greece.

The Company's near-term focus is on growing both its customer base and expanding its geographic footprint in selected markets in the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia, where mobile device penetration and mobile network usage is growing rapidly.
CDialogues has been profitable and cash flow positive since commercial operations began in early 2012.
