F1® 2020 Release Date

Codemasters (AIM:CMD), the award-winning British video game developer and publisher specialising in high-quality racing games, is pleased to announce F1® 2020 will release on Friday 10th July for PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X, Windows PC (DVD and via Steam), and Google Stadia.

There has been minimal disruption for the F1® 2020 development team as a result of COVID-19 and everything is on schedule for the July 10th release date.

In a series of firsts for the F1® franchise, F1® 2020 offers 'My Team'. This major new game mode allows players to create their F1® team and take their place alongside the established 2020 line-up, with a new driver-manager experience offering a unique insight into the world of F1®. Additionally, F1® 2020 will appeal to a broader, casual audience with the re-introduction of two-player split-screen, alongside a host of new options designed to help new players adjust the F1® challenge to match their expertise.
