Significant US Contract Win

Clarity Commerce Solutions plc is pleased to announce that MATRA, the Group's Retail Division, has won a significant contract with a major US bedding and speciality store with around 1,000 stores in the US , Puerto Rico and Canada. 

Although initial revenues are modest, the contract represents a major reference site for new clients in the US and has the potential to deliver more significant longer term revenues.

Clarity will supply its FREEDOM Solution Center software, which will be used to implement near real time delivery of sales transaction data from nationwide stores to headquarters and will ultimately be integrated with downstream systems such as data warehouse, sales audit, sales performance, markdowns, and refund management.

The rollout is expected to be substantially completed by 31 March 2009.
