Significant Contract Win

Clarity Commerce Solutions plc is pleased to announce that the Group's Retail Division has won a significant contract with Dienst Binnenwaterbeheer Amsterdam ('DBA'), which is responsible for the commercial management of Amsterdam's waterways.

Under the terms of the contract, Clarity will supply all of DBA's sites with a central administration and Point of Sale ("POS") solution, which will underpin the business processes associated with administering Amsterdam's waterways and the collection of associated revenues from both commercial and leisure craft. 

The initial value of this contact is approximately €586,000 plus annual maintenance with the roll out scheduled for the second quarter of 2009. 

This contract win follows the recently announced Universal Studios win and is testimony to the success of the new management's strategy of restructuring and refocusing the business back to its core strength of transaction based solutions.
