Board Changes
Clarity, a leading supplier of software solutions for the hospitality, retail, leisure and entertainment sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Non-executive Directors, Fiona Timothy and Robert Asplin to the board of directors of Clarity with effect from today. In addition, Sir Colin Chandler, Anthony Houldsworth and David Bennett have stepped down from the board and all its Committees.
Fiona Timothy and Robert Asplin will be appointed to the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from today.
