Grant of awards under 2018 Deferred Bonus Plan (the 'DBP')
C&C, the vertically integrated premium branded drinks group and leading drinks distributor to the UK and Ireland hospitality sectors, announces the grant on 25 June 2025 of awards to PDMRs under the DBP as detailed below. The awards have been granted over ordinary shares in the Company and relate to bonuses earned in respect of the Company's financial year ended 28 February 2025, as described in the Directors' Remuneration Report for that year. Ralph Findlay's bonus was earned in respect of the time he spent as CEO in that year.

The normal vesting date of each award is 25 June 2028. Each participant shall be entitled to receive additional ordinary shares as a "dividend equivalent" in accordance with the rules of the DBP.
