Dublin, Ireland | 31 May 2018: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the Final Dividend Scrip Alternative for the financial year ending 28th February 2018 will be €2.948600. As the cash dividend is 9.37 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 39.335646 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 31.468517 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
