CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that, pursuant to the Company's Quarterly Tender Update announcement published on 6 April 2020, the Board has opted not to limit the acceptance of the number of shares tendered for purchase in respect of the Company's June 2020 tender.
The number of shares by class tendered by shareholders in the June 2020 tender and the percentage of class shares in issue represented by these tenders as at the June 2020 Tender Record Date, are included below:

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's AGM circular and the announcement on Monday 6 April 2020 in relation to the proposed changes to the Contractual Quarterly Tender facility.

Shareholders are reminded that there is no guarantee that any or all Shares tendered will be re-purchased by the Company and remain subject to the Realisation Condition, the Gating/Suspension Restriction and the Alteration / Suspension Restriction, as set out in the Company's 2020 AGM Circular.
