Electronic Communications Letter
The Company has today posted a letter to Shareholders concerning electronic communications. The letter provides Shareholders with the option of electing to receive email communications regarding the online publication of notices or other shareholder documents by the Company, or to continue receiving hard copies of these documents. Shareholders wishing to continue to receive shareholder documents in hard copy form will need to notify the Company's registrar, Computershare, by no later than Monday 13 September 2021, by completing and returning the response form included in the letter. Shareholders who do not return the response form by the designated date will be deemed to have consented to receiving Shareholder documents by means of the Company's website and will no longer receive such documents in hard copy form.
Further details are set out in the letter, which will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism shortly, and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy of the letter will also be made available on the Company's website at www.ccpeol.com.
The Board is conscious of the environmental impact of the Company's communications and therefore sees merit in moving towards electronic communications.
