· Final Terms dated 23 February 2024 in respect of the ?600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.375 per cent. Notes due 27 February 2028;

to be issued by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. under its ?5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG.

This announcement must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023, as supplemented on 15 February 2024 (the "Base Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended.
