Zug, Switzerland - 2 July 2026 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") announces that Glykeria Tsernou, who is an independent non-executive director of Coca-Cola HBC, has been appointed to the board of Attica Department Stores SA.

Attica Department Stores SA shares have been listed and effective 2 July 2026 commenced trading on Euronext Athens. Glykeria Tsernou is an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration and nomination committee of Attica Department Stores SA and has been appointed in these positions prior to Attica Department Stores SA's listing.
