Director/PDMR Shareholding - 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust
Further to the announcement made on 22 March 2019 under RNS number 7976T, the Company announces that on 21 March 2019, CGWL Nominees Limited ('CGWL') on behalf of the 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') purchased 269,752 Ordinary Shares of 75/9 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company in off-market transactions at the market volume-weighted average price of 1188.7564 pence per share. The Ordinary Shares were purchased as a result of vested awards exercising under the Computacenter Performance Share Plan 2005 and the Computacenter 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan.
Following this purchase, CGWL will hold 1,324,432 of the Company's outstanding Ordinary Shares on behalf of the Trust representing approximately 1.08 per cent of the issued share capital, and 1.16 per cent of the voting rights.
The Trust is a discretionary trust under which the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial responsibilities, together with other employees of the Company, are potential beneficiaries, each of which is deemed as interested in all of the Ordinary Shares held by the Trust.
