Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a) and 3.1.4R (1) (b)
Further to the announcement made on today's date under RNS number: 0465A, Computacenter plc announces that on 23 March 2012, Forest Nominees Limited on behalf of The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust purchased 733,074 ordinary shares in the Company at £4.319 per share. The shares were purchased as a result of awards vesting under the Computacenter Performance Share Plan 2005.
Following this purchase, Forest Nominees Limited will hold 4,063,980 shares on behalf of The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust.
The Trust is a discretionary trust under which all employees of Computacenter plc are potential beneficiaries, including the directors, each of which is deemed for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006 as interested in all of the Shares held by The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust.
