On 31 August 2011, Computacenter Plc was notified that Greg Lock, Chairman of the Company, had on the same day purchased 4,115 ordinary shares at a price of 375.3 pence per share. On the same day, Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg Lock, purchased 3,668 ordinary shares at 375.3 pence per share and 3,200 ordinary shares at 377.8 pence per share.
