Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(a)
On 23 March 2016, Computacenter plc was notified that Christopher Webb, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), had on the same day, exercised options over 30,000 ordinary shares of 75/9 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an option exercise price of 285 pence per share, under the Computacenter Employee Share Option Scheme 1998.
To satisfy the above exercise, 30,000 Ordinary Shares were issued and allotted to Mr Webb on 23 March 2016.
The Company was further notified on 23 March 2016, that on the same day and subsequent to the exercise of options referred to above, Mr Webb sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 834.31 pence per share.
