On 19 March 2012, Computacenter Plc was notified that Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company, had on the same day, transferred 50,984 ordinary shares to The Greg and Rosie Lock Foundation Charitable Trust for nil consideration. The Greg and Rosie Lock Foundation Charitable Trust is a charitable trust of which Greg Lock is a Trustee. This transaction represented approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital. Following this transaction, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 359,999 ordinary shares (representing 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital).
