Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a)
On 14 April 2009 the Directors and PDMRs listed below, became absolutely entitled to ordinary shares of 6p each in the capital of the Company, as a result of awards vesting under the Computacenter Performance Share Plan 2005 (PSP). Awards granted under the PSP scheme vest subject to the satisfaction of performance targets at the end of a three year period. The level of vesting for awards granted in 2006 was 100%.
