Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R
On 13 May 2014, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Sir Peter Ogden, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 12 May 2014, transferred 22,727,072 ordinary shares of the Company to Jethou Holding Company Limited for nil consideration.
Jethou Holding Company Limited is a company wholly owned by Sir Peter Ogden.
This transaction represents approximately 16.35% of the issued share capital of the Company. Jethou Holding Company Limited now holds approximately 16.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The new arrangements do not affect the total voting rights controlled by Sir Peter Ogden.
