Computacenter plc (the "Company") confirms the retirement of Minnow Powell from the Board of the Company with effect from today, 30 September 2021, as previously announced on 10 March 2021.

Minnow is immediately succeeded in his role as Audit Chair by Pauline Campbell, who joined the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 16 August 2021, which also was previously announced on 10 March 2021.

The Chairman of Computacenter, Peter Ryan, commented:
