Charlemagne Capital Limited13 March 2007 13 March 2007 Charlemagne Capital Limited Further to the announcement of its preliminary audited results to 31 December2006 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared asecond interim of 2.20 US cents (1.1405 pence) per share and a second interimspecial dividend of 2.40 US cents (1.2442 pence) per share. Both dividends will be payable on 24 April 2007 to shareholders on the record on23 March 2007. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company'sregistrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
