Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its interim results to 30 June 2013 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared an interim dividend of 0.5 US cents (0.3133 pence) per share.

The dividend will be paid on 25 October 2013 to shareholders on the record on 27 September 2013 and will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
