Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its audited results for the year to 31 December 2008 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared a second interim dividend of 1.3 US cents (0.9205 pence) per share.

The dividend will be paid on 7 April 2009 to shareholders on the record on 13 March 2009. 

Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless an election to receive payment in US dollars has been lodged with the Company's registrar before close of business on 13 March 2009.
