Conduity Capital Plc (LSE: CCAP) announces that Nicholas Lee, Non-Executive Director, informed the Company that he purchased 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company today at a price of 0.95p per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Lee's total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.92 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
