Grant of Options to Chief Executive Officer
Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a UK-based provider of premium consumer products based on lab-made cannabinoids, announces that Anna Chokina, chief executive, has been granted share options over a total of 20 million ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") at an exercise price per share of 7.64p.
The exercise price of the options is the 30-day VWAP (volume weighted average price) to 12 November 2021, the date on which Ms Chokina accepted the Company's offer, subject to contract. Enterprise Management Incentive options over 3,448,262 ordinary shares will vest on 6 December 2022 and are exercisable for ten years from grant, subject to the rules of the Company's option scheme. Non-tax advantaged options over 16,551,738 ordinary shares will vest as to 3,218,404 shares on 6 December 2022, as to 555,555 shares on 6 January 2023, as to 555,555 shares each month thereafter with any remaining shares vesting on 6 December 2024. These options are also exercisable for ten years from date of grant, subject to the rules of the scheme.
