AGM Result and Statement
At its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Ronald Duncan, Chairman of cloudBuy plc, the cloud e-Commerce market place, made the following statement:
"Last year we set a medium term target of £50 million turnover with 80% of our business overseas. We have made considerable progress towards that target and now have 3 separate areas that could deliver the £50 million turnover target on their own; these are Care, Health and our global business. We have made a number of important contact wins already this year, and we expect these to deliver significant revenues in the 2nd half of the year, in a similar pattern to last year.
Looking further ahead we have created, what we believe is the world's best cloud platform, with potentially the best community in the form of our trading community, thus our longer term goal is to become the world's leading cloud company."

It is confirmed that all of the resolutions put to the Company's shareholders at the AGM held yesterday were duly passed.
