cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, has been notified that earlier today Ronald Duncan, Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.96p per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Lyn and Ronald Duncan and associated family's holding in the Company has increased to 21,073,624 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.57 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
