Curtis Banks (AIM: CBP), one of the UK's leading SIPP providers, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed by way of a show of hands.
Shareholders were able to cast a vote by way of proxy in advance of the meeting, the below table details the proxy votes received in favour of the chair.
