Cashbox PLC11 February 2008 Cashbox PLC ("Cashbox" or "the Company") Distributor Agreement with Triton Cashbox (AIM:CBOX), the independent Automated Teller Machine ("ATM") deployerand operator, is pleased to announce that it has signed a distributor agreementwith Triton, the market leader in off-site ATM provision. The agreement is inaddition to Cashbox's existing distribution arrangements with NCR Easypoint(formerly Tidel). Cashbox's internal systems are already set up to be able to support Triton ATMsand therefore no development costs will be incurred. Cashbox will also haveaccess to full Triton technical support and technical and sales training. With the Company continuing to expand its critical mass, this agreement providesaccess to a greater overall number of machines to be able to meet itsinstallation pipeline demands. The Company is now also well placed toefficiently and effectively support any contract wins to process existing TritonATM estates.
