Cashbox PLC29 March 2007 Cashbox PLC ("Cashbox" or "the Company") Board Changes Cashbox PLC (AIM: CBOX), the AIM listed independent ATM deployer and operator,is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its Board of Directors with theappointment of David Auger as Chief Financial Officer with effect from Monday 2April 2007. David will also become Company Secretary. David Auger is a chartered accountant, previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers,and has extensive public company experience through a number of senior groupfinance positions, including ICI, Invensys and more recently CP Ships, a US$4billion turnover company previously listed in Canada, where he held the positionof Group Financial Controller. David has been working with Cashbox sinceFebruary 2007. Darren Woolsgrove, the current CFO is moving to a more operational role whilethe search for a new Chief Executive is undertaken. Darren indicated a desire toultimately seek a new challenge after the successful flotation of Cashbox and isseeing through his commitments made at that time last year and will be steppingdown as a Director once the CEO search is completed.
