Total voting rights

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules (DTR) as at close of business on 1 July 2014 the total number of issued ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") was 150,207,960; all of which carried voting rights.

The Company holds 6,756,873 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company for the purposes of the DTR is therefore 143,451,087.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
