PDMR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that on 10 April 2013 Mr T.J Potter, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company, exercised 56,754 nil-cost share options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the terms of the Centaur Media Plc 2010 Retention Plan. The exercise price payable was £1 in total. The shares were then immediately sold at a price of 44.5 pence per share.

Following the disposal, Mr T.J Potter's holdings in the Company are as follows:
