The Company announces that on 23rd April 2010 the following executives were granted options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the terms of the Centaur UK Sharesave Plan 2008 (the "SAYE Scheme"). The SAYE Scheme is an HMRC approved all-employee plan.
The Option price of the grants made was £0.4124 a discount of 20% on the share price determined at the pricing date.
