DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company announces that on 2 July 2012 Mr G.T.D Wilmot, a director of the company, exercised 43,738 share options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the terms of the Centaur UK Sharesave Plan 2008 (the "SAYE Scheme"). The SAYE Scheme is an HMRC approved all-employee plan.
The exercise price paid was 20.92p.
Following the exercise of the options, Mr G.T.D Wilmot's holdings in the Company are as follows:
