In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified on 11 December 2013 that Andria Vidler, the Chief Executive Officer of Centaur Media Plc, had on that day purchased 90,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP £0.55 per share.
