Declaration of annual dividend

Following Shareholder approval at the Company Annual General Meeting held earlier today, the Board of Directors confirm a final dividend of $0.05006 in respect of the Ordinary Shares. The record date for this dividend was 18 January 2013 and the Ordinary Shares went ex-dividend on 16 January 2013. The final dividend will be paid to shareholders on 27 March 2013.
