Exercise of Options

The Company announces that following the notice of exercise of options over 1,200,000 shares exercisable at 4 pence each by Edmund Limerick (a Non-Executive Director of the Company) application has been made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that trading in such shares will commence on or around 21th December 2018 ("Admission"), upon which Edmund Limerick and his wife will hold approximately 0.38% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Upon Admission, the total number of shares in issue will be 1,670,873,820 ordinary shares. This figure of 1,670,873,820 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
