The Board of Crusader Resources Limited (ASX:CAS, AIM:CAS) today released the following Appendix 3B announcement on the Australian Securities Exchange ('ASX') as required under the listing rules of the ASX.
The Appendix 3B confirms the Company has issued an additional 22,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares, to raise AUD 225,000 before costs. The shares are subject to certain disposal restrictions and a holding lock imposed by the share registry until the earlier of 12 months after the date of issue, or the Company lodging with ASIC a disclosure document in accordance with section 708A(11) of the Corporations Act.
As the Company's ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM, an application for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM will only be made as and when applicable.
