Amendment: the following announcement replaces the disclosure made earlier today (12 January 2015) under RNS Number 9069B. The only amendment made was to change the total voting rights previously detailed from 8,967,456 to 8,944,009.

Total Voting Rights - amendment
In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 8,944,009 ordinary shares of 25p each with voting rights.
The above figure (8,944,009) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
