Card Factory announces that it was notified on 8 July 2021 by each of Darcy Willson-Rymer and Kris Lee, of the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company consequent to the grant of options to subscribe for shares under the Company's Save As You Earn scheme ("SAYE").
