Carclo plc 5 December 2008 Carclo plc ('the Company')

Director Dealings Carclo plc announces that Mr Ian Williamson, Chief Executive, has today purchased 6,900 ordinary shares in the Company at 49.8p per share through his personal ISA account.

Following this purchase Mr Williamson now holds 504,323 shares in the Company.

In addition, Mr Robert Brooksbank, Finance Director, has today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 50.0p per share through his Personal Pension account.

Following this purchase Mr Brooksbank now holds 100,000 shares in the Company.
